At Hamilton Marine, we want the communities where we do business to thrive. After all, it’s home to our employees and customers alike!
We feel very strongly about giving back to the people of the community, and each request is important and reviewed carefully for consideration; however, due to the number of requests, we are not able to accept every request that we receive.
Hamilton Marine participates in giving back within the areas that we serve. We give back by contributing to a diverse group of local and national organizations that support a variety of causes. We join forces with partners like the Maine Lobsterman’s Association, Maine Island Trail Association, Maine Maritime Museum, Maine Boatbuilders Challenge, Maine Lobster Boat Races, Penobscot Marine Museum, YMCA River Races and many other charitable entities.

How to Submit Requests
Each request is important and reviewed carefully for consideration.
Donation & Sponsorship Requests
If you are looking for a donation from Hamilton Marine (school event, benefit banquet, community event, raffle, etc.) you can email a request to [email protected]. In your email please include any pertinent information i.e. event, event date, contact information (including mailing address), requested donation and what this event is benefiting. Another way to submit a donation request is to visit your local Hamilton Marine store. Each store can accept a written request with the pertinent information we require. Please include any flyers or additional information with your written request. The store will then take care of sending it in for you. Please give as much notice as possible regarding your event.
The form at the bottom of this page can also be used to submit your request. Please do not send duplicate requests by email and the form.
Timeline For Donations and Sponsorship Requests
As a rule, it is most helpful to give us as much advance notice as possible regarding your event. We typically look for at least three months’ notice for larger events. Our committee meets at the beginning of every month for reviewing requests.
