A Product Return Number is required for all merchandise being returned. Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Full credit will be issued when the return is due to our error. A restocking charge may apply to merchandise not shipped in error. Please, no returns on boats, outboards, videos, CD’s, books, single fasteners, or cut goods. Concealed freight damage should be reported to the freight carrier immediately. Merchandise may also be returned at our Portland, Rockland, Searsport, Southwest Harbor or Jonesport stores, accompanied by the receipt.

Warranties are established by, and the responsibility of, the manufacturer, and the final determination of warranty adjustments rest with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers now require the end user of their products to contact them directly for warranty issues. In order to expedite your claim, please contact the manufacturer first to receive instructions, and always get the name of the person with whom you speak.
